TURNAROUND TIME:

Current turnaround time is up to 28 working days, this does NOT include public holidays OR postage times. 

Please allow an additional 7 days for any potential delays before contacting us via email (gnawty.gnashers@gmail.com). If there is any issues that will effect current turnaround I will always make my best effort to keep customers informed and up to date. The best way to keep in the loop is to check the Instagram page. Turnaround is subject to change and will renew if an order is altered or added onto. Any enquiries please only EMAIL Gnawty.gnashers@gmail.com and I will respond at my earliest convenience, social media messages/DMs are NOT monitored.

POSTAGE:

Postage rate is charged at a flat rate, the same amount for all products. This covers postage AND packaging, as well as safe guarding on my behalf against any additional weight of orders.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail Standard Second Class, if a different service is wanted/required please contact me and notify and I can put up a custom listing to ensure the correct charges are made. 

Proof of postage is obtained for each order, held for tax purposes and available upon customer request if necessary. Gnawty Gnashers is not held responsible for any items lost by Royal Mail, but all efforts will be made to try rectify the situation if possible.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE POSTED TO THE ADDRESS STATED ON CHECKOUT, OR AS SHOWN ON THE PAYPAL USED TO PAY, GNAWTY GNASHERS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS ARRIVING AT WRONG ADDRESSES, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY ENSURE THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS GIVEN/UPTO DATE ON PAYPAL.


REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of items being made to order and more times than not personalised specifically for each order; Gnawty Gnashers is not held responsible for any misspelt names (Clear directions are on each product listing), therefore refunds will not be given for this reasoning. 

Otherwise, if the fault is found to be on behalf of Gnawty Gnashers a refund will be given once the faulty item is returned back to us. It is the customers responsibility to post the item(s) back to Gnawty Gnashers. Please be careful when ordering and double check the name(s) are spelt correctly (use capital letters to save confusion) so this situation can be avoided.
